We hope you love your Court10 purchase – but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 28 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all original tags
  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need to provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at info@court10.ie. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Note that shipping expenses for returns are at your own cost (with the exception of damaged or incorrect items). We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.

Please do not return items without first contacting us – they will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@court10.ie so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? The quickest way is to return your item for a refund, and place a new order for the correct product.

EU customers – 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without explanation.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility criteria as above.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the funds.
